Cuchulainn
Our Iconic Cuchulainn sculpture - proudly in our collection for over 35 years.
This sculpture depicts the legendary warrior of Irish mythology, Cúchulainn. Though mortally wounded, he tied himself to a standing stone so that he might continue to face his enemies.
The original statue by Oliver Sheppard dates from 1911 but it was later adopted as a memorial to the 1916 Easter Rising and also placed in the General Post Office - Dublin.
One of our more popular gifts and presentation pieces the sculpture is ideal for any home or office. Standing 220mm tall, it can also be mounted on a wooden base with a name plate suitable for engraving and would provide an impressive Irish gift.
